Perabet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the Perabet platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception. These are not guidelines – they are conditions that every account holder must satisfy from the moment of registration and throughout the life of their account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Perabet is strictly an adult platform. Any user found to be under 18 will have their account suspended immediately and any funds handled in line with our underage policy.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Creating accounts on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact information and any payment details you add to the account.
• Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts – whether created under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device – are prohibited and may result in both accounts being closed.
• You must not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically restricted in a way that would make your use of Perabet unlawful for you personally.

2Account Rules

Your Perabet account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials, and you must take reasonable steps to keep your username and password secure.

Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately and change your password. Perabet cannot be held responsible for losses that result from your login credentials being shared or compromised as a result of your own actions.

Account information – including the name, date of birth and national identity details used at registration – cannot be changed after the account is created unless there is a documented legal reason and you submit appropriate supporting documentation. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

• Keeping your account details accurate and up to date is your responsibility.
• If your contact details change, update them through your account settings promptly.
• Inactive accounts – those with no login activity for an extended period – may be marked dormant. Contact support to reactivate a dormant account.
• Perabet may close an account at its discretion if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms, used for fraudulent activity, or associated with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Perabet are conducted in PKR. There are no currency conversions, no hidden exchange-rate charges, and no requirement to hold a balance in any currency other than Pakistani Rupees. This applies to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and game winnings equally.

Perabet supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card and Mobile Wallets. The available methods for your account are displayed on the Wallet page after login.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit for each payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard fraud-prevention measure. In cases where this is not possible, the support team will assist.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer requests. Estimated processing times are shown before you submit a withdrawal request.
• Perabet does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Perabet's control.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if there is an active bonus with pending wagering requirements attached to your balance.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Perabet offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer when it is live. The general rules set out here apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before meeting the wagering requirements of a current bonus may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited, depending on the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or used in combination with other accounts.
• Perabet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if there is evidence that it was claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, the use of another person's payment details, or any attempt to manipulate the wagering requirement through low-risk combined bets or game strategies specifically designed to clear the requirement without genuine gameplay.
• Free spins, if offered, are valid only on the specified game titles and for the stated period. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• Perabet may modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, notice will be given before active bonuses are affected.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

The Perabet platform offers sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games, bingo and other game categories. Each category operates under its own game-specific rules which are displayed within the game or betting section. The general rules below apply across all categories.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your selections before confirming a bet. Perabet cannot reverse a confirmed bet on the basis that you changed your mind after placing it.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by the relevant event result or random number generator, as applicable. Perabet does not guarantee any outcome and makes no representation about the likelihood of winning.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the valid settlement window, or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned. The specific rules for each sport are published in the Sports Betting section.
• Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 internationals and other Pakistan cricket fixtures, are subject to the cricket betting rules published in the Betting section. This includes rules on DLS method application, match abandonment and over-reduction scenarios.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the stated limit will be accepted at the maximum payout level, not rejected.
• Perabet reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a technical error in odds or game settings, or where collusion or match manipulation is suspected.
• Game disconnections during a live casino session are handled according to the relevant provider's rules. Perabet is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.

6Responsible Gaming

Perabet takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended to be a source of entertainment for adults, and we actively support players who want to manage their gaming habits. This section sets out the tools and commitments available to all registered players.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately – there is a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session time reminders: You can configure session time reminders that will notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, you can apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section. Self-exclusion prevents you from logging in or placing bets for the duration you select.
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session are available and can be activated from your account settings.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Perabet platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Using stolen, borrowed or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other platform users.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Perabet monitors accounts for unusual activity. Where suspicious patterns are identified, the affected account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated promptly.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Perabet platform – including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and promotional materials – is the property of Perabet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any Perabet content without prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. Your use of those games through Perabet does not grant you any rights over the underlying content.
• You may not use the Perabet name, logo or branding in any context that implies an endorsement or official partnership without explicit written authorisation.

9Liability

Perabet provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure consistent uptime and performance. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control, including internet infrastructure issues.

• Perabet is not liable for losses you incur as a result of platform downtime, game disconnections caused by your own connection or device, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Perabet is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect odds display or game malfunction, Perabet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No further compensation will be payable in such cases.
• Your total liability to Perabet for any breach of these Terms is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of the breach.

10Amendments & Account Closure

Perabet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided before they take effect – typically by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to your registered contact details.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should withdraw any remaining balance and close your account before the changes come into effect.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements will be removed. Cash balances that belong to you will be returned to your registered payment method.

Perabet may close an account without notice if it determines that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, the platform will act in accordance with its obligations and handle any remaining funds appropriately after completing any required investigation.

These Terms are governed by the principles of fairness and good faith in dealings between Perabet and its players. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform should first be addressed through the support team, who will make a genuine effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
